Creative and digital services provided by Pulse Studio are governed by separate project agreements or statements of work. These Terms do not replace or override any signed contract between Pulse Studio and a client. In the event of conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Project timelines, deliverables, fees, and revision policies are defined in individual proposals and contracts. Pulse Studio reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside our scope or values.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Pulse Studio agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access to materials and stakeholders, and accurate information required for project delivery. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.

Clients retain ownership of pre-existing materials provided to Pulse Studio. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in the project agreement, excluding Pulse Studio's proprietary tools, methods, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Pulse Studio may suspend work on projects with outstanding invoices exceeding 14 days past due.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during an engagement with appropriate care. Pulse Studio will not disclose client business information without consent, except as required by law. Clients agree not to disclose Pulse Studio's proprietary processes or pricing without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse Studio, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our website or services.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Modifications
