Horizon Estates holds client money in accordance with the requirements of the Property Ombudsman and relevant legislation. Details of our client money protection scheme are available on request.

6. Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us in writing at hello@horizonestates.co.uk. We aim to resolve complaints within 15 working days. If you remain unhappy, you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman.
